Our founder, Jack Coffman, firmly believed that treating people fairly would naturally lead to success—a principle we still uphold today. Jack was not only an incredible mentor to our current owner, Daniel Smith, but also a cherished family member.

Now, with over 30 years of experience in the business, Daniel continues to embody our core values of honesty, quality, and ethical work. Our employees' work is non-commission-based, allowing them to prioritize the customer's needs over sales. Daniel will tell you he's not a salesman and he doesn't want his team to be either.
